After a 4-3 road trip through Philly and Pittsburgh, the Dodgers return home and begin a 9 game home stand tomorrow night against Barry Bonds and the hated ones, followed by the Cubs and D’Backs. At his current pace, it seems very unlikely Barry will pass the Bambino this weekend, to the delight of many of us. While the Dodgers have proved so far that they can score runs, our concern, right now, of all things, is our bullpen. Thought to be one of our strengths, our bullpen, as well as our starting pitching, have allowed teams to come back on us from 3 run deficits or more 4 times already this season. Brad Penny, one of the bright spots so far on our starting rotation, kicks things off tomorrow night.
